Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Digital products are delivered to your email instantly following your purchase.

Original artwork, prints, and stationery products are shipped within 5 business days

What do I do if I never received my order?

Carrier tracking provides you with up to date information about your package. If it gets stuck in transit or never gets delivered to you, please contact me and I can assist you the best I can with locating your package

How will my order be shipped?

All orders ship via USPS from Chicago, IL, USA. Shipping charges are auto-calculated by USPS and are based on the weight of your package and your location.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. It can take up to 24-hours before shipment tracking information updates.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

If you need to make an address change after you’ve submitted your order, please email me at mosscoveredlabyrinth@gmail.com as soon as possible. Shipping addresses can not be changed once an order has shipped.

Do you ship international?

I currently do not ship internationally, however, international shipping will be coming very soon.


RETURNS

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted on all items, except digital products, up to ten days after you’ve received your purchase. All items most be returned in the original packaging and condition it arrived in. To request a return, please email mosscoveredlabyrinth@gmail.com with the details of your order, including the order number, and your reason for requesting the return. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the shop is at fault (for example, you were sent the wrong item). If this is the case we will cover the return shipping charges.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact me as soon as possible, before your order has shipped. If an order has shipped, I won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
